HIGHLIGHTED PROJECT
Enhancing Security Cooperation in Uzbekistan
Under an IDIQ contract with the U.S. Embassy in Tashkent, Argus delivered a needs assessment and two training seminars to strengthen U.S.–Uzbek security cooperation in preventing cultural property theft, looting, and trafficking.
Trainees included Uzbek law enforcement personnel, museum staff, heritage site managers, academic researchers, and community leaders. The program objectives – improved interagency collaboration, increased capacity to protect heritage sites, and wider stakeholder engagement – were met on time and within budget.
